I'm a health and wellness coach with a focus on clean and simple techniques along with training to help you achieve life balance.

I started in 2014 based on a simple observation: the world of health & fitness has changed. People have transformed the way they eat, work and live. My fitness approach is developed around a proven fitness system built on years of experience and training to help you boost your fitness & Motivation.

My favorite type of exercise to do and teach is strength training. Strength training will help you build the body you've always wanted more than any other form of exercise. It should be the main course of an exercise program for anyone looking to lose fat. Usually, if a woman can give strength training a chance for a little bit, the desired results start to come fast. I can't even count how many women in my life that were previously skeptical caught the "lifting bug" and never looked back. It's amazing to watch everything start to click. Their bodies begin to take the shape they want and the curves they seek.

I competed in my first figure competition when I was 40 years young. I did a second show 2 years later and earned 1st place and a pro card.  I've never looked or felt better in my life and want to let women know that they CAN build muscle and the body they want after children and as they get older. 

My goal is to help and empower others to achieve their best quality of life!
