Experience: 

  • As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in building custom fitness programs for my clients that are achievable and sustainable and teaching group classes to that anyone can join to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I have experience in strength training, mobility training, injury prevention, and endurance training. I love teaching group fitness classes to show people that exercise can be simple and is even better together! Come as you are and join my classes for a fun experience, a great workout, and always leave feeling even better then when you came in. 

 

Personal Philosophy:

  • Years ago, I heard a trainer named Peter Twist describe my fitness philosophy “We don’t crush people. Life crushes them and we lift them up.” A decade later, I’m a parent and know the value of not only making fitness fun but also finding ways to build it into your life even when life gets messy. My goal as an instructor and trainer is to make my classes fun so you keep coming back and accessible no matter what level you are at so that you can stick with it for a lifetime.
