My name is Lauren and I am a 200hr certified yoga instructor. My practice began while I was a track and field athlete to help to avoid injury and to help with recovery. After my track career ended I became an avid yoga practitioner in various styles. As my practice advanced I decided I wanted to share the gift of yoga and the lessons it taught and continues to teach me, with others. I love to teach a class that is welcoming to beginners but also challenging to those who are more experienced!
