Cyndi Oberle-Dahm

My name is Cyndi Oberle-Dahm, and I am a high school history teacher.  I have been in the classroom for 31 years.  I also am a union leader and organizer.  I am the Secretary Treasurer for the Illinois Federation of Teachers, and the President of the Southwest Area Labor Council for the state of Illinois.  I also am a certified yoga instructor with a passion for leading others on their journey to wellness.  I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years and am an E-RYT 200 YACEP. I currently teach yoga four times a week. I love to teach slow flows that focus on flexibility and mobility.  I  also am married with four children.  Our youngest is a junior in high school.  I am an avid reader and I love to cook.  I also love to travel.  I have traveled to five continents and over 25 countries.
