Yoga is a courtship that is built between your body, your breath and your heart. Practicing Yoga helps me feel inspired. A spark within myself takes light and my heart comes alive! It’s freeing, accepting, and reminds me that I am enough. Yoga gives me the courage to be open, to grow in my practice and in life, and to take those feelings of joy and gratitude with me from my mat into my everyday life.
I like to fire you up! I teach an athletic style of Yoga that uses specific sequences to create a practice that is challenging and healing for everyone. It allows you the space to clear your mind of the 20 decisions you had to make just this morning before landing on your mat, and encourages you to take it with you off your mat and into your life. Like thousands before you, you will find that practicing yoga creates a satisfying and almost addictive feeling of achievement.
