Kendra Ciotti

Kendra is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with a background in competitive dance. She began her yoga journey 10 years ago as a member at various yoga studios, and most recently completed her YTT 200hrs in 2023 with Naked Truth Yoga in Canada.

She is passionate about promoting holistic well-being and strives to inspire and empower individuals to achieve physical and mental balance, incorporating mindfulness, movement, and breathwork into their daily lives. What draws her most to the fitness and sports industry is its transformative power. It offers not just physical benefits but also nurtures mental resilience, discipline, and a sense of accomplishment. The opportunity to inspire and guide others on their own transformative journeys is immensely fulfilling for Kendra.

Her favourite classes to teach include Vinyasa flows and fitness flow classes, and she enjoys incorporating strength training into her yoga classes. She enjoys the fluidity of the flows and finds joy in guiding others through these transformative practices, helping them discover their inner strength, flexibility, and peace.

Kendra strives to continue to challenge and improve herself, pushing her boundaries and exploring new avenues of physical and mental growth - whether it's mastering a challenging yoga pose or achieving a new personal best in strength training. Her professional ambitions are to make a meaningful impact to her students. She aspires to create inclusive, accessible, and empowering fitness classes that inspire people from all walks of life to challenge themselves and embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle.
