Hi! My name is Shauna and I am a Zumba Instructor, licensed in 4 different formats! I am also a personal trainer, specializing in small group weightlifting, as well as a Certified Functional Strength Coach! Fitness is my passion and after 23 years of being a Neonatal ICU RN, I left the field of nursing to concentrate on helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle! I hope to see you all soon!
