With over 22 years in the fitness industry, I have refined the art of effectively working with individuals. Establishing strong connections with each person who chooses to train with me is a point of pride. My expertise lies in leading safe, effective, engaging, and innovative classes, ensuring not only a productive workout but also a desire to return for more. My deep passion and extensive knowledge in health and fitness stem from years deeply immersed in the industry, offering a level of insight that only experience can provide.
I have a diverse background in international travel, having worked in multiple countries in Africa, studied Hindi in India, volunteered in Honduras after the Hurricane in 1998, and studied Spanish in Ecuador for 3 months. This exposure has equipped me with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from various cultures in a positive and comfortable manner, transcending language barriers. I am confident and at ease when teaching fitness - it is a true passion and one of my greatest skills.
I’m certified in Personal training, group fitness, warrior rhythm, and I have my 200 hour yoga certification. I have been teaching fitness classes for many years. ( Yoga Sculpt) for over 10 years and I’m actively teaching yoga, strength, spin, yoga sculpt, stretching, and Bootcamp classes.
