Like many others in the world, I was looking for a way to reduce my stress and anxiety, but also help my muscles get stronger. I was introduced to yoga by someone who would later become my guru, my teacher, my wonderful friend. I instantly feel in love with the magic that yoga has to give. I decided that I wanted to share the beauty of it as I was. So I began my journey and became certified. I enjoy Hatha style. I teach adults and children. I look forward to teaching and learning more everyday!
