Lauren Kaye

Hey! My name is Lauren Kaye. I am 21 and a senior at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC. I am originally from Cleveland Ohio but moved down south for the weather. I have always been an athlete and loved fitness. I started working out with my mom in high school at a Boot Camp and fell in love with it. Now I am a fitness instructor on my campus teaching HIIT and teaching at Burn Boot Camp as well. I became certified with ACE during my freshman year and I teach 2-3 classes a week. I became certified with ACTION 9 months ago and teach 4-10 classes at Burn. I love what I do and hope to continue after I graduate. I will be a Kindergarten teacher in the day and then a fitness instructor in the evenings and the summer.
