I started my fitness journey in 2009 after ballooning to my highest weight. I was introduced to Zumba® fitness and started attending classes regularly. After becoming an instructor, I saw my participants become happier and healthier version of themselves. That's when I fell in love with teaching. I pride myself on providing a fun, safe, effective and easy to follow class. I have over 30 years in dance training and began teaching fitness in 2011. I can adapt my teaching to suit beginner to advanced students and adapt classes from low to high impact. I am professional, amiable, responsible, and timely. AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Zumba Fitness®, Yoga and Meditation instructor.
