Certified Aquafit Instructor (Shallow & Deep), Aqua Cycle, Water Running & Boot Camp. I have been teaching for a year & a half now & absolutely love it! I love the water! I love to see my participants enjoying there workouts! I choose great music I know they will enjoy & that will motivate them! I have a very active person myself. You can find me at the gym everyday. In the winter I love to Ski/Snowboard/Skate & in the summer I switch to tennis, rollerblading & Paddleboarding!
