Positive, outgoing, and experienced yoga instructor looking to travel and teach students the positive impacts yoga can have on their lives! I always think of my students first and want to help them thrive! I provide thoughtful and detailed yoga instruction to all ages, body types, and activity levels. My classes are engaging, filled with enthusiasm, and always have the best tunes. 

I am a registered 200 hour yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance.  I specialize in traditional vinyasa, including Sun Salutations A, B, and C in Sanskrit. I currently instruct at a local yoga studio and college. I also help facilitate community events including yoga at the brewery and puppy yoga! I am always taking continuing education to expand my offerings, and I would be thrilled to bring my expertise to a new community. I maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and I am respectful of each student's space and time. With excellent verbal and written communication, I am sure I would be a great addition to your instructing team!
