Lucy Barreto

Lucy Barreto was born in Brazil and now lives in Los Angeles, California. As a Strong Nation Master Trainer, Strong Tech, Presenter, and Active Instructor, she has blended her passion for fitness while connecting with people worldwide.

While movement is her life and what drives her, she strives to promote health, body synergy, and a balanced lifestyle. As a young child, Lucy was trained in classical ballet and later her passion shifted towards fitness competitions and, ultimately, a career as a certified Group Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, and healthiness coach. Lucy has supported many to achieve life-changing results while she firmly believes that with each experience, drop of sweat, jump, and push, we build our Legacy, our Purpose, our Inner Strength.
