I have been in the health and wellness field since 1995. In that time I have been a group fitness teacher, personal trainer and yoga teacher. I am also a Trainer of Fitness Leaders in BC, and I own a business called FitFlow Yoga in which I teach yoga and fitness courses and workshops.

I love all things fitness and love to share my knowledge and passion with others. 

 My teaching style ranges from Gentle Hatha yoga to Vinyasa Flow Yoga styles that keep the body moving for a fun and focused workout. I have found that most yoga classes have students with a wide range of experience and ability so I feel it is important to offer mixed level options to suit Every Body.
