Elizabeth Ernstberger

Hello!

My name is Elizabeth, but most members that I teach call me e!. I have been married for 16 year and have three almost teenagers, all girls. I am a supervisor for group exercise classes at Hancock Health where I oversee 78 classes/week in many different formats. These include land classes, aquatics, cycling and mind/body/spirit. We are a medical fitness facility and have over 15000 members as of April 2024!
