Sonia Gottfried

Sonia Gottfried is a certified dance fitness instructor.

Although Sonia has been certified as a Dance Fitness instructor for over six years, she has been doing dance fitness her whole life. It wasn’t until her 30s that she realized that dance fitness was a thing.

Outside of dance fitness, Sonia is a marketer for an enterprise software organization based out of Chicago, which allows her to work from home and juggle a work/life balance. She is also a mother of three active young boys and married to her college sweetheart.

Sonia has lived in the Ann Arbor/Saline area since 1999.
