Julie Hollenbaugh


Hi! My name is Julie Hollenbaugh. I have been practicing yoga for many years, but recently completed my 200 hour teacher training certificate through 3B Yoga, an Ashtanga yoga studio in Provo, Utah. I am passionate about using yoga as a tool to help others increase their health while simultaneously learning to rest and find peace. I love creating engaging sequences tailored to the needs of my classes.

 

power and confidence in their bodies, no matter who they are. Two years ago, I started a neighborhood yoga class that has been attended regularly by 6-10 women. Those two years have given me a lot of experience creating engaging sequences for a variety of body types. My 200 hour training has added depth of knowledge around asanas, breath work, and making appropriate adjustments. I am confidently able to sequence and lead a variety of class types, including power yoga, high-energy vinyasa flows, prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, couples yoga, and Ashtanga Primary and Short Primary Series classes. I think my my skillset would be a great match for your studio!
