Noel Navarrete

I am native Dallasite with roots in West Texas.  Currently on the cusp of retirement from the public school system, I am invested in sharing the skills I have in the healing arts and wellness.  With a liberal arts education from Wellesley College and Masters in education from Texas A&M Commerce, I have served several roles on EC-12 school campuses.  Art Instructor and School Guidance Counselor have been the majority of my 24 years of school service.  A unique opportunity to take the Yoga Teacher training with LIPSY came in 2020 and the Psychotherapeutic lens that guided the course was extraordinarily helpful for the field of counseling.  This remarkable course led to a further study of “yoga off the mat.”  An introduction to Ayurvedic Wellness led to a holistic body, mind and spirit transformation following the guidance of an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner.  It is through this practice that I can share a wealth of wellness and restorative information and techniques for general or specific holistic needs.  Additionally, Sound Therapy was taught as another form of body work.  On the body sound therapy uses special Himalayan hammered singing bowls as tools to promote deep relaxation allowing the client to ease into a release of the body and mind.  I am a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner and attune to each client thoroughly often linking energetically to subtle body, mind and spirit signals.  While my formal school teaching career closes, the drive to educate will forever be in my makeup.  My hope is to utilize my extensive experience in teaching to creatively inform the world of the healing arts.
