Teresa Barthold

Hello, My Name is Teresa Barthold. I have been married for 25 years to a wonderful guy, we have two grown daughters. We recently live in Charleston South Carolina where I work as a Fitness Supervior at a local Recreation center with over 7000 members. I have been in the fitness field for 12 years now and love what I do, I teach fun and exciting classes of all sorts and types. I have been trained by one of the best trainers around , he used to play for the Sandiego Chargers, I use what he has taught me and what I have learned from AFAA and IFTA to help others acheive thier fitness goals.
