Jen Malinowski

Jen is a passionate well-being professional and health coach who has worked in the corporate well-being/Lifestyle Medicine healthcare field for over 19 years. Jen likes to empower individuals to see that health & well-being can come in all different shapes, sizes, and mindsets. She really enjoys helping individuals with their desired wellbeing goals in a manner that best suits their needs and lifestyle. Jen holds certifications from Michigan Body Works & Fitness Academy in Personal Training, MOVEWell, Balance Body,  TRX, and is a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.  In her spare time, she enjoys Olympic lifting, hiking, and trying new whole-food plant-based recipes and desserts. She loves spending quality time with family and friends. She is also a little obsessed with her cat, Bob, and dog, Bella.  Fun facts about Jen: She can speak Polish and she use to own her own fitness studio in West Michigan.
