My mission is to empower people through physical activity, healthful nutrition, and mindfulness. I believe every person has what it takes to improve their life and well-being. It is my honor to be that support in realizing their health and wellness goals.
I’ve been an athlete and fitness coach for over 25 years. I started my career competing at the highest levels of track and field. And then transitioning over to dance. Expressing myself through dance brings me so much joy, and I love sharing that joy with others.
