My journey with yoga began after a traumatic accident, which allowed me to discover the healing power of movement. This power has been the root of my own practice, re-establishing confidence in the body through presence and stability. I believe the body has an innate inclination towards self-healing and when nurtured, it opens up the potential for full realization. Energy needs to move, and yoga serves as a conduit to do this with conscious intention.


I am a 500-hour RYT teacher, focusing on the discipline of alignment. This attention has changed my life and I want to help others to do the same. My goal is to empower students through movement and cultivate a fresh sense of well-being in their bodies. I specialize in vinyasa classes, sunrise yoga, and hip opening.
