Zeena Dhalla

Zeena Dhalla hails from Mission Viejo and returned to the Orange County area four years ago after a 14 year absence. She now lives in Irvine with her husband of five years, Azeem. Zeena graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago with a BS degree in Communications and Dance, and worked as a Stage Manager and Production Manager in film and television for five years. Inspired by the successful completion of her first marathon in 1999, Zeena quit the entertainment industry to pursue the dream of helping people achieve their fitness goals through teaching and personal training. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and received her Pilates certification from Body Arts and Sciences International. Zeena also has an advanced certification in integrated flexibility, specializing in creating stretching programs for long-term injury prevention. Zeena most recently owned and operated the Athletic Club for Women in Newport Beach, California. She brings her experience and energy to ZeenaFit, aiming to provide professional and top quality fitness instruction for the people of Orange County.
