Felisha Hurst

My name is Felisha Hurst, I have been married for 22 years and we have 5 kids. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years. I have been an instructor for 10 years, I am a certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Macro Coach as well. I love the fitness industry. I just completed 2 bikini competitions and loved the journey. I have done 2 full distance Iron Mans, 50 mile trail run, lots of half marathons, a full Trail marathon.  I love doing anything and everything that gets me to move my body.
