I began practicing yoga nearly 6 years ago. What started off as looking for a low impact exercise quickly changed into a personal practice that saved my life. Between the pressures of a high stress job and a young family, yoga was there to give me the space to be me; as I was. Yoga didn't require me to change, to lose weight, to have the latest gear or to have a zen personality. Yoga only required one thing. To show up. From there my anxiety began to ease and slowly a small flame of self-love was rekindled. The harsh words I spoke to myself became quieter, and hope began to peak through. It's still a learning process with some days easier than others, but I guess that's why it's called a practice. My personal practice continued to inspire me and in December of 2022, I obtained my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. I wanted to share my peace. My hope is to provide you that space I first discovered. A space to have fun, or to rest. A space to be you, as you are, because you are enough.
