My yoga practice and teaching centers on the four words: Be, Breath, Move & Flow. I specialize gentle flow, basic yoga (for beginners for those returning to their yoga practice) and yin. Guiding people through a their practice absolutely fills my bucket. Hearing the breath in the room and the adjustment people make to take good care of their bodies makes me very happy. I feel grateful to bring yoga to a wider audience and perhaps inspire an ongoing practice in those who are exploring yoga for the first time.
