Date of Birth: 3/15/83 Lakeland High School Class of 2001 - Tennis, Soccer and weigh-lifting Manhattan College - BS Class of 2005 International Business and Marketing After college I have participated in belly dancing, brazilian jiu jitsu, Bikram Yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, various dance classes and energy healing. I started my own business in 2008 and went full time into personal training and I can't wait to travel the world teaching fitness to people.
