Hi! I'm Allie from Oregon. I have been teaching Group Fitness since 2007 when I did my first training as a BodyPump instructor. Since then, I have expanded my formats to include HIIT cardio/Boot Camp/Circuit, Step aerobics, Core training, Cycle, water aerobics and Barre. I love being able to assist participants get the most out of their workout and have fun while doing it. I always tell my participants the best thing you can do for your health is to find a form of exercise you LOVE. It will keep you coming back!
