Hi! I'm Laura, a passionate and dedicated fitness professional with over 5 years in the industry and extensive experience teaching group fitness and dance classes. As a former competitive dancer, I have always had a passion for movement. This lead me to pursue my professional fitness and wellness journey by becoming a certified group fitness instructor through Canfit Pro in 2019. Since then I have also completed a bachelors degree in Human Kinetics and am pursuing a Masters degree in Physiotherapy studies. I have experience teaching individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness goals including young children learning to dance, elite athletes seeking to hone their athletic skills, adults wishing to increase their fitness levels, and older adults hoping to improve their strength and functional capabilities. I teach class styles such as Resistance Training, HIIT/Tabata, Circuit Style Cardio Training, Bootcamp, and Stretch and Mobility to name a few. I believe that incorporating fitness into your life is one of the best ways to improve quality of life and live a happier, healthier life, and I aim to share those benefits with as many people as possible through my teaching endeavours!
