With 25 years of experience teaching group fitness, personal training AND owning a gym for 10 of those years, I come with a wealth of knowledge (and exercises!) for any type of class format. Piloxing, Pound (cardio drumming), Spin, Bootcamps, Aqua aerobics, Stretching, Pilates, etc. You name it and I've taught it. (except Zumba!) I make every class multi-level so all ages and fitness levels can get a good (& FUN) workout with me. I also was a Specialist for AFAA for 10 years in which I lead certification classes.
