Graham was introduced to yoga over 30 years ago but it was much later that the true benefits resonated - a life philosophy that speaks to the body (fitness) the mind and the heart.
He believes that, irrespective of your starting point, yoga has the ability to improve your fitness, health and mental wellbeing.
He earned his 200 Hour Certification through Yoga Alliance at Tula Yoga under the instruction of its owner Jennifer Cavalier.
