Owner Operator Yoga House in Naples Florida for the last 6 years. Certified 500HR with over 11,000 hours of teaching experience. Teaching styles include Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle and Mobility Movements classes. Also, I facilitate an annual YTT program and multiple annual specialty workshops and retreats.
