Multifaceted and accomplished professional with over 15 years of marketing experience in sales, direct marketing, coordination, logistical support, and event planning. Spent the last 11 years focused on the health and fitness industry achieving certifications in nine popular group exercise formats. With over 25+ years of experience in athletics including Big 10 collegiate level swimming, completed two marathons, 70.3 triathlon, 140.3 Ironman TX competitions as well as an Ambassador for lululemon in The Woodlands. Physical fitness has been my passion since childhood and nothing brings me more pleasure than sharing it with others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a dynamic leader with a track record of driving growth among colleagues.
As former Group Ex Director, some of my main focus included:
▪ Marketing new products and brand name fitness classes to clients to increase growth in attendance and interest.
▪ Prepare all choreography and music prior to each class.
▪ Track class attendance and monitor class size to gauge the effectiveness of the programs.
▪ Maintain peak physical condition to better serve and motivate clients.
▪ Assist patrons, answer questions & maintain a positive exercise experience for members.
▪ Ongoing communication with management regarding customer and facility needs.
▪ Ensure facility safety standards are met, and all department and facility policies are adhered to.
▪ Attend fitness workshops in order to maintain proper technique & cueing in all formats.
▪ Uplift and motivate members through positive encouragement and fitness knowledge.
