Aimee began her yoga journey as a New Year's Resolution in 2001.  After two classes, she was hooked.  Drawn to the non-competitive nature of the practice, she began working toward a 200 hour teaching certification in 2005.  Building on the skills learned and applied in that training, she elected to continue her education with a 300 hour training program in 2021, completing the certification in that same year.

Aimee enjoys teaching all forms of yoga, from restorative to power/vinyasa. She also incorporates mindfulness practices into her classes for people of all ages.
