Darla Chafin

I'm Darla Chafin from Lake Charles, LA. I've been a yoga instructor for almost 3 years. I found Yoga after making a career change and needed something more fulfilling, well, Yoga was it! Teaching Yoga is my passion.  I received my 200 hour RYT certification from Yoga Ya'll locally in Lake Charles, LA in 2021, and my 300 hour certification with My Vinyasa Practice (Austin, TX) in 2022. I am a RYT 500 registered with Yoga Alliance. I also received an Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification in 2024 with My Vinyasa Practice. Yoga provides a sense of balance for me both physically and mentally.  It keeps my body strong and my mind clear.  My specialties are Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Chair Yoga, and Yin! All levels are welcome in my classes as I always offer modifications to fit everyone's fitness needs!
