Hi! My name is Kennedy Soyk. I’m a Health Fitness Specialist at a corporate gym. I do personal training (15-20 sessions each week) and teach group exercise classes like: strength, HIIT, and cycle. I love spending time outdoors, doing activities like walking the dog, hiking, and kayaking!
I specialize in working with all different fitness levels and meeting them where they are at in their fitness journey! What really lights me up is helping people through their fitness journey and motivating/reminding them that they are stronger than they think! I find a lot of joy in showing people that exercising can be fun and it doesn’t have to feel like a chore!
