Growing up as a competitive dancer and teacher, fitness then, was all about the perfect line, and pushing your body to its absolute limit! When I was working as a professional dancer in Los Angeles for several years, I learned that fitness is so much more than that. That's when I discovered my true passion for Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Yoga. Fitness is about connecting with your body, moving your body, having fun, but most importantly... TO FEEL GOOD! With 18 years of Group Fitness & Yoga, 10+ years of Personal Training, and 20+ years of dance experience, I've made it my mission to teach all ages and levels that Health & Fitness is not a competition, but about being the best "YOU" you can be!
