I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher having completed the Jivasara Yoga Teacher Training Program on May 5, 2019. Since then I have taught a variety of yoga classes including a gentle Vinyasa Flow class, an intense but differentiated Power Yoga and a Vinyasa/Power/Dance hybrid class. As a yoga instructor I have taught both private classes and large group classes and everything in between. In 2020, I became a certified Barre instructor through Barre Intensity. My interest in movement as a way to heal and connect more intimately with oneself and my desire to share it with others led me to seek both certifications. As part of the yoga/barre instructor team at a local boutique fitness studio, I was asked to train and teach a HIIT class. This fostered my love of mixing cardio with heavy lifting. I believe movement has the power to heal the body, mind and spirit. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with Fit Bodies!
