Hi I’m Kim!

I have a passion for holistic health and a commitment to helping others achieve their deepest desires while finding balance and harmony in their lives. I combine my experience as a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Life Coach and Counselor to offer a unique approach to mind-body health.

My journey into yoga and wellness began 23 years ago when I discovered the transformative power of yoga when pregnant with my daughter. This experience ignited a desire to share these benefits with others, leading me to pursue my Yoga Teacher Certification.

In my teaching I emphasize the importance of mindfulness, breath control, and proper alignment to create a safe and nurturing environment for students of all levels. My personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of my students, whether they are seeking to enhance overall wellbeing, improve physical fitness or to manage stress. I especially love teaching restorative and slow flow vinyasa classes.

Beyond yoga, I am an advocate for community wellness. I have hosted workshops, women’s yoga and wellness retreats, and partnered with schools and universities to create a welcoming space where everyone can explore and develop their own path to wellness.

When not on the mat, I enjoy time with my family either in the mountains of Colorado or on the shores of Lake Champlain in Vermont.
