About Angela
Over 20 years of teaching experience in health and movement education since her college recreation administration degree and internship in 2003. Angela has her Master’s in Education degree from Aquinas College and MDE Teacher Certification in Physical Education, Recreation, Health, and Computer Science

Yoga Teacher Certified. YACEP, E-RYT200, RYT 500. Angela completed her 300hr Kundalini Yoga, Enneagram, Ayurveda, and Lunar education from Yoga Farm Ithaca, NY and 200hr Raja yoga training from People’s Yoga and Aerial Fitness of Michigan. Multiple other yoga certifications including: Sound Healing, Meditation, Cardio Yoga, AFAA Sunrise Yoga, YogaFit, SCW Fitness Yoga ll, YogaFit Kids, and Yoga4Classrooms

Other movement certifications include: Group Fitness, Pilates, Ballet Barre, and Dance Fitness

Experience with both yoga and group fitness classes with various fitness clubs, studios, schools, sports teams, and businesses along with private individual and small group sessions. Class sessions include: sound healing, hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, aqua, Pilates, ballet barre, dance, kickboxing, body toning/sculpting, and cardio fitness.

Angela currently teaches health, physical education, and outdoor recreation education for Cadillac Area Public Schools. Instructs hot yoga, SUP yoga, and sound healing sessions at Evolve Yoga and Fitness. Provides sound healing and yoga at the Cadillac Winery.

She is also offering private and small group sessions in home and other off site locations as well.
