Jen began her yoga journey to compliment strength training for the sake of the “stretch”. That is, until the practice brought on an unexpected inner transformation. Intrigued by the experience, Jen curiously attended her first teacher training based in Ashtanga Vinyasa and has since continued her studies in hatha, yin yoga, and meditative practices such as yoga nidra.
Jen built her yoga career in the Virgin Islands through community classes, local resorts, private villa yoga session, and educational workshops and has near 2k hours of teahing experience.
Jen continues to be amazed by yoga’s ability to bring a felt sense of ease, balance, and strength into the lives of her student's. In classes with Jen, you can expect exploration of breathing techniques, mindful flowing movement, and moments of ease in stillness.
