Shirley Rose Koerner

My name is Shirley Rose Koerner. I’m a fitness professional of almost 30 years. I am originally from Houston, Texas, but now reside in Dallas, Texas. I have owned and operated my own yoga studio and currently own my own Pilates studio in Trophy Club, Texas. 
I love to travel and have stayed at several Dreams and Secrets in Mexico, and I always take and love the fitness classes there.
