I started teaching group fitness classes in 2000 after becoming ACE certified, teaching step aerobics and cardio kickboxing at various gyms. After graduate school, where I received a masters degree in Human Resources, I discovered my love for Pilates and became comprehensively certified through Club Pilates. My dance and group fitness background have always propelled me to remain active and exploring new fitness methodologies, including TRX, barre, and Zumba. I love teaching group fitness and seeing my clients have fun while moving their bodies!
