I am a passionate and dedicated yoga student and teacher. I am been practicing yoga for 8 years with a profound commitment to fostering physical and mental well-being. In my YTT, I was able to leverage a comprehensive understanding of various yoga styles so that I can create inclusive and empowering classes to inspire students on their journey to holistic health and mindfulness.
I grew up playing sports and found my way into Cheerleading in my teen years. I have always had a love for fitness but it wasn’t until I was in mid to late 20’s that I found yoga. What developed as a purely physical practice soon transpired into a deep need for the practice, both physically and mentally. It was through my deep love for the practice that I was inspired to take a training.
I completed my 200 HR teacher training with Miriam Indries on Amorgos Island in Greece in 2023. This experience was very intense and truly profound. Not only did I learn how to teach to the physical practice, but I was able to acquire a deep understanding of the philosophy of which I enjoy bringing elements into the practices I teach.
I currently teach multiple times a week at a local studio in various styles including Hatha, Flow, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yang Yin.
I never thought I would love to teach as much as I do and I love being able to share in the practice with others. I would love the opportunity to travel and bring the practice to others to inspire the same sense of peace and clarity it has brought into my life.
