Jorrell Owens

My name is Jorrell Owens I'm 37 from Lancaster Pa. I am the owner of a private gym,  Gorilla Strength Health and Fitness LLC.  I have one on one personal training, I do small group classes that include weight lifting , HIIT, boxing conditioning and sports performance. Ive been a personal trainer since 2009 and have trained special populations such as Parkinson patients, elderly (silver sneakers), as well as elite athletes from the youth to professional level. Personal information about myself I am married and have 5 children ranging from 5- 19 years old.
