Teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years now, I have developed an art to making exercise fun for all of my students. I was an athlete growing up, playing mostly basketball in high school and college but other sports as well. After graduating college, I began coaching women's basketball for high school girls which has enabled me to improve on my coaching/teaching skills. I am certified and have previously taught bootcamp classes, Cyle, yoga, and aqua classes. I have a passion for life and healthy living. I am currently working at Lifetime in Oregon, teaching 12+ classes/week.
