​I have been practicing yoga since 2001, my yoga practice began early on in high school and has evolved to where I am today. I have been teaching many styles since 2012.

Yoga helped me find the light in the dark…
I was not emotionally or physically well after a series of devastating personal losses. I had practiced yoga many times from adolescence to adulthood. Yet I had never developed a consistent personal practice until my sanity depended on it. My regular practice began as a college course and blossomed into a whole life change. I look at yoga as more than just a physical practice. It is an ethical and philosophical practice that encompasses mind and body.

Physically Yoga was doing amazing things for my body i.e.: endurance, flexibility and strength increased and there was a steep decline in aches, pain and inflammation. After developing a personal practice, I realized the impact mentally and on my nervous system. My love of Yoga has fed my passion to help others physically and mentally. Yoga helped me find myself again. The awkward, fun, even serious parts of me link together.
