Fitness, health and wellbeing are my passions! I love motivating and inspiring others and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
I’m a Les Mills BodyPump (strength training with barbel and weights group fitness class), BodyBalance ( yoga class with Pilates core work and a Taichi style warm up) and Les Mills Barre (Ballet Barre class without the barre) instructor.
I’m also certified at Ballet Barre with Tracey Mallet at the BootyBarre Plus and Flex & Flow Formats.
I also teach a free style ballet barre class, where I combine ballet barre exercises and moves (without the barre), with functional training exercises and strength exercises with moderate to light weights.
I’m a NASM Personal Trainer, I teach TRX classes and Pilates Chair MVE classes.
I enjoy playing tennis and I’m a very good tennis player.
I love the beach, the sun and traveling! I love dancing and music! Music and movement are a big part of my life and of my every day routine. I’m a very active person. Love nature and the outdoors!
Because of having moved around the world, I’ve very used to traveling, and I love meeting new people from all nationalities!!
