Experience: Over 30 Years of Yoga Study and Practice

Background:
With a deep-rooted foundation in ballet, my approach to yoga, meditation, sound healing, and barre is inspired by the grace and artistry of dance, creating fluid and expressive flows. My journey in yoga spans over three decades, during which I have dedicated myself to both personal practice and teaching.

Teaching Philosophy:
My teaching philosophy centers around the sensation of movement, fostering body positivity, and guiding students towards achieving their peak asanas. I believe in the transformative power of yoga to enhance both physical and mental well-being, and I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all practitioners.

Teaching Experience:

• International Conferences: I have had the privilege of teaching yoga at international conferences and resorts, where I have connected with diverse groups of practitioners from around the world. These experiences have enriched my teaching style and broadened my perspective on yoga.
• Individualized Classes: I also offer small, personalized classes tailored to the unique needs and goals of each student. These intimate settings allow for deeper exploration and understanding of yoga.

Specializations:

• Artistic Flows: Drawing on my ballet background, I incorporate artistic and flowing sequences that emphasize grace and fluidity.
• Varied Levels: My classes cater to all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis. I provide modifications and progressions to ensure everyone feels challenged and supported.
• Body Positivity: I promote a positive and accepting attitude towards one’s body, encouraging students to appreciate their individual strengths and capabilities.
• Peak Asanas: I focus on helping students achieve their peak postures, guiding them through progressive techniques and mindful adjustments.

Objective:
To inspire and empower students through yoga, helping them discover the joy of movement, the power of self-acceptance, and the potential of their own bodies.
